LOGLINE

A documentary crew films the final days of a youth shelter facing closure. What surfaces there, and in the drowning death of a former resident’s husband, forces them to decide what truth a camera is willing to keep.

SYNOPSIS

Set in a youth protection facility called “Facility No. 6,” the film follows a documentary crew who begin filming inside the institution just before its closure. As they record, hidden wounds and uncomfortable truths begin to surface. Amid the scars of the girls and the weary teachers who care for them, under society’s indifferent gaze, the crew witnesses the harsh reality of runaway teenagers being drawn into crime.

Meanwhile, the filmmakers meet Hong Inah, a former resident of Facility No. 6 who now volunteers to support it. They soon learn about her husband’s mysterious drowning, a case that gradually unravels into a web of organized crime and insurance fraud. As the boundaries between victim and perpetrator blur, the documentary team is forced to confront the moral dilemma of selective documentation.
